CynthiaScreen offers ideal shipping methods for any requirement. Be it low priced through DHL or UPS, or especially reliable and secure by a specifically trained freight forwarder. And in addition you can also pick up your order yourself at our Shop if you prefer. On this page you´ll find an overview of all available shipping methods.

Cynthia Screen – Comprehensive Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for shopping with Cynthia Screen. To ensure a transparent and fair experience for all customers, please carefully review our complete return, refund, and cancellation policy below.
1. Cancellation Policy (All Products)
You may request to cancel your order only if the item has not yet been shipped or entered production.
- If cancellation is approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- A transaction fee of 2%–5% (as charged by your financial institution) will be deducted.
- An additional logistics handling fee of up to 25% of the total order value (calculated before any promotions or discounts) may apply.
⚠️ Important: Once an order has been shipped or dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation is no longer possible. If you wish to refuse delivery or request a return after shipment, standard return policies (Section 4) will apply, including applicable fees.
If a parcel is recalled after dispatch, a recall fee of up to 25% of the pre-discount order total may be charged.
2. General Return Eligibility (Screens, Projectors, Electronics & Accessories)
Return Window
- You may initiate a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return, the product must be:
- In brand-new, unused condition.
- Returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective materials.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).
- Supported by photo or video evidence upon request to verify condition.
Return Shipping Responsibility
- All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Original shipping fees (already included in product price) are non-refundable.
Restocking Fees

📌 Note: All returned items undergo quality inspection. If the item fails to meet “resale-ready” standards, we reserve the right to deny a refund or charge additional fees. A detailed inspection report (with photos/video) will be provided.
3. Special Product Categories
Laser TV Cabinets / Furniture / Theater Fittings
- No returns or refunds are accepted for these custom or large-format items due to their nature.
- However, free repair or replacement is provided under the manufacturer’s warranty period.

Second-Hand Screens
- Returns are not accepted unless a verified manufacturing defect or quality issue is confirmed by our technical team.
4. Returns Due to Customer-Initiated Reasons
This includes:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchase
- Wrong size/specification selected by customer
In such cases:
- You are responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs.
- The original shipping cost (embedded in product price) will be deducted from your refund.
- A depreciation fee may apply if the product shows signs of use, wear, or reduced resale value.
- Free gifts or promotional items must either be returned or their retail value will be deducted from your refund.
5. Returns Due to Address, Access, or Compatibility Issues
While we aim for seamless delivery, certain issues fall outside our control:

In all above cases:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging.
- A 25% restocking fee + original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
6. Bundle Deals
- Bundle pricing is based on purchasing multiple items together.
- If you return only part of a bundle, your refund will be calculated using the current standalone (non-discounted) price of each kept item.
- Any promotional discount will be reallocated or voided accordingly.
7. Exchange Process
Exchanges are available for eligible products (screens, projectors, electronics):
- Must meet same return conditions (new, original packaging, within 7 days).
- Photo or video proof of unopened condition is required for approval.
- Customer covers all shipping costs for sending the item back.
- Upon successful inspection, you’ll receive store credit equal to the product value minus 30% (covering original shipping and handling).
Exchanges are processed as store credit only—not cash refunds.
8. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Customer Service at support@cynthiascreen.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide:
- Order number
- Reason for return/exchange
- Photos/video (if requested)
- Await return instructions and authorized return label (if applicable).
- Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the return authorization.
❗ Failure to return within the allotted window may result in restocking fees or rejection.
9. Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.
- Approved refunds are processed within 2–4 business days.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Credit card refunds may take an additional 1–3 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
