Shipping Terms & Conditions
Due to freight cost considerations, we typically ship orders via DHL, UPS, or FedEx through our authorized shipping agents.
Please note the following process and timelines:
- Initial Shipment to Agent Warehouse: Your order will first be sent to our agent’s warehouse. This leg of transit usually takes approximately 2 business days.
- Processing Time: Please allow an additional 2 business days for order preparation, sorting, and handover to the carrier at the agent’s facility.
- Tracking Number Issuance: The official tracking number will be generated only after the package has been received and processed by the shipping agent. You will receive this tracking number via email.
- Tracking Activation: Tracking information typically becomes available within 48 hours after the tracking number is issued. If no tracking updates appear after 48 hours, please contact us immediately at mailto:support@cynthiascreen.com.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days, depending on the destination country. Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Customs & Import Duties:
- For shipments outside the United States and Canada, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the product or shipping price.
- The carrier (DHL, UPS, or FedEx) will contact the recipient directly to collect any applicable duties or taxes upon arrival. Please note that duty rates vary by country.
