14.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CynthiaScreen from all claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or infringement of third-party rights.

16.1 You may terminate this agreement at any time by ceasing to use the Services. We may also terminate your access immediately upon your breach of these Terms.

18.1 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, either party may submit the dispute to the competent people’s court at CynthiaScreen’s principal place of business.
Note: Users in the EU or California retain the right to file complaints with local data protection authorities or assert statutory rights under GDPR or CCPA.
