What Is Not Covered:
  • Damage resulting from misuse, accidental drops, liquid exposure, unauthorized modifications, negligence, or intentional harm is not covered under this warranty. Our team reserves the right to determine whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect or user-caused damage.
Post-Warranty Support:
  • Even after the 12-month warranty expires, we offer lifetime maintenance support for all our products.
  • Should replacement parts be required beyond the warranty period, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the parts and any associated shipping fees.
